Heather Ross CPDT-KA CBCC-KA (Certified Professional Dog Trainer and Canine Behavior Consultant) of Clear Mind Canine brings a over a decade of dog training to the unique training needs for a crag dog.

Learn how to communicate effectively, teach a relaxed settle, a rocket fast recall and body awareness/fitness skills. Our goal is to build a canine partner who is welcome and comfortable at the crag.

Equipment needed

Leash, collar/harness, something for your dog to lay down on (a bed, mat, towel), and treats (moist, small treats are ideal. String cheese, chicken, etc is great if your dog is picky).

Dogs should be comfortable around other dogs while on leash. No training experience needed. We'll be teaching marker words, foundations for coming when called, settling in place, as well as any specific skills your individual dog needs. I will also bring some fitness props for balance and body awareness training.
