Training for Climbing - $20
Join Clay Knudson for an hour long training class aimed to help improve your indoor and outdoor climbing. This class will make use of the free weights, squat rack, pull-up bars, and stretching space in the loft.
Clay is a former professional athlete and personal trainer and has been climbing for over 12 years. The goal for the class is to provide participants with the fundamentals of strength training. Calisthenics and weight lifting is an excellent, safe way to increase strength with minimal equipment to improve overall fitness and climbing ability.
